Wrangler Families: Just a reminder that if you are interested in purchasing the SDPP Chromebook Insurance for your student that you need to make that $20 payment by Friday, October 1st! We've already had a couple of screens broken this year. The cost of a screen replacement without the SDPP is $60. If your student breaks their screen twice with the SDPP insurance, it is still cheaper than paying the full $60 cost for a replacement without the SDPP. The SDPP also covers lost or broken chargers, which frequently go missing throughout the year. Don't miss out of this huge money saving opportunity! You'll be glad you took advantage of it in the long run! Wrangler Families: Student Led Conferences will be Tuesday, September 21st and Wednesday, September 22nd from 4:15 pm to 7:15 pm. This is your opportunity to pick up your student's ID, schedule, other important information to start out the school year, and your Chromebook if you did not come by and grab it during our Chromebook pick-up day. We hope that we will have a huge turn out! Again, please be patient with us as George Elementary will also be hosting their own open house during the same time. Traffic could get heavy at times, but we will make every effort to get everyone through safely and in a timely manner. ATTENTION Parents of Wrangler Football Players: On Thursday, August 12, at 6:00 there will be a VERY IMPORTANT parent/guardian meeting for football players and their families. The meeting will be held in the Arena and masks are STRONGLY suggested. Families will be distanced throughout the Arena, one family per table. Wrangler Families: We are here ready to pass out Chromebooks and Student IDs if you would like to beat the rush or can't make it tomorrow to the Drive Through Open House. We will be here ready to pass them out from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. Just come up to the front of the school, and we will come out and get you everything you need! Thanks so much! Wrangler Families: Just a reminder that tomorrow, August 11th, from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, you and/or your student can come by the school and pick up their Chromebook and charger. We will also have their Student ID available to pick up as well. If you have no yet filled out the Digital Technology AUA, please do as ASAP! There will be a few computers available for you to fill out the form while you are at school, but we would prefer if you have it filled out prior to your arrival. Students must have a parent or guardian with them to fill out the Digital Technology AUA at school. Students will not be able to take their Chromebook without the form filled out. There are no exceptions to this rule. Every student must have this form filled out or they will not be given a Chromebook to use during the school year. Also, please remember there will be other opportunities to come by and grab your Chromebook, your Student ID, your schedule, and other important information during out Drive Through Open House on Thursday evening from 4:00 pm - 6:00. Please be patient with us as George Elementary will also be hosting their own open house during the same time.
