Har-Ber High faculty met today to prepare for the upcoming school year during the school mission and vision development session. Springdale Schools superintendent, Dr. Jared Cleveland, shared a powerful and encouraging message. We can't wait to have our students back in school! #SpringdaleFamily

Dr. Clarice Cox, District 7 coordinator, presents a $2,000 check from the Arkansas Retired Teachers Association to Betsy Kryeziu, Har-Ber High School art teacher. Betsy is working hard toward a master’s in art education through the University of Arkansas and will apply the funds toward technology supplies. Springdale Public Schools featured its first-ever Novice Teacher Bootcamp Aug. 3 at Don Tyson School of Innovation. About 70 teachers in their first through third years as educators participated in the event, learning about topics such as technology tools, engagement strategies and learning structures. #SpringdaleFamily

Congratulations to Andy Mota and Julian Ledesma, Lakeside Junior High School ninth-graders, who received gold medals in Event Management June 29 to July 3 at the FCCLA National Leadership Conference in San Diego, Calif. The students gave an in-depth presentation on how they would organize a small business expo for the Springdale community. Congratulations to Andy and Julian! #SpringdaleFamily

Central Junior High School competitors placed among the top students and teams in the nation June 29 to July 3 at the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America National Leadership Conference in San Diego, Calif. On July 21, 2022, former Springdale High School graduates and Law and Public Academy Completers, Daniela Flores and Mark Solis, graduated from the Arkansas Law Enforcement Training Academy and will be working as officers with the Springdale Police Department once they complete their field training. We are so proud of these SHS graduates, pictured here with one of their Law Academy teachers, Brooke Lockhart.
