Between holiday celebrations, preparing for school vacations, and having less sunlight during the days, it’s far too easy to rush through the last 31 days of the year. But it’s important to take time during the holiday season to reflect on things we may be thankful for and to celebrate how those things impact our health. SHS agriculture students obtain heavy equipment training at the bus barn. This training will continue over twelve weeks at the Springdale Bus Barn. Rodney Ellis, Workforce Director; SHS instructors Chad Burkett, and Josh Rice are working with APAC, Nabholz Construction, and Stribling Equipment industry partners to provide the training. Students will obtain certifications in operating heavy equipment and interview for job opportunities with companies. #SpringdaleFamily
