Barn quilt kits for Elmdale! Before painting their quilts, students talked about what quilts are, what barn quilts are (using the Springdale Barn Quilt Project as an example, and talking about where they are in town), and what it means to represent things and feelings through shapes and colors.

Don Tyson School of Innovation school graduates were honored today at a Senior Celebration. Seniors earned numerous certifications and more than $3.5 million in scholarships, over 10,000 community service hours, and 10 students graduated with associates degrees from Northwest Arkansas Community College! Har-Ber High Schools "Senior Send Off" was held on May 5th and included food, dunk tank, games, 2 cash grab machines with $1000 to give away and almost 200 gift cards for various restaurants and stores donated by families of students. Ozark Coca Cola donated drinks, Tyson donated hot dogs, Clorox donated the use of the grill, Wrigley/Mars donated gum and Dr Martha Ellen Myers (Eyecare Express) and Dr Jeff Myers (Myers Eyecare) sponsored games at the event and Veronica Graham donated the amazing balloon arch decor for the photo backdrop.
