Winners were chosen for a Homeroom makeover at Springdale Public Schools. The United Federal Credit Union recently awarded $500 to Brian Phillips of Springdale High School and Lexi Woodward of Harp Elementary. Congratulations!

What a great day in Downtown Springdale! The Springdale Public Schools Educational Foundation held its 6th Annual Duck Race. The Foundation raised over $35,000 for its grants program. The top ten winning ducks of that school will receive a $1,000 grant to use during the year for materials or a project of their choosing. The Springdale Public Schools Board visited Linda Childers Knapp Elementary School today. The school board engaged with students in math class and played a traditional game of Lotería. The Knapp Elementary choir showed off their talents to conclude the visit.
