Springdale Public Schools celebrated the official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for its new Professional Development Center Oct. 2 at a Chamber of Commerce's Morning Brew featured at the center.
This dedicated facility represents a major investment in the continuous growth and support of the district’s staff and teachers.
The Professional Development Center opened its doors on June 9, 2025, and is a testament to the school district’s commitment to its educators. The extensive remodel project cost approximately $2 million and has transformed the building into a modern, functional space designed specifically for teacher continuing education and collaboration.
The Center spans 20,761 square feet and is capable of accommodating up to 490 people for large-scale training sessions and events. Southern Brothers served as the contractor for the building's renovation.
