May 2023 | Happy Teacher Appreciation Week

Dear Springdale Family,

As we celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week, I want to express my gratitude for your unwavering dedication and commitment to educating our students. You are the backbone of our education system, and your hard work and passion make a tremendous difference in the lives of every Springdale student.

Over the past three years, you have faced unprecedented challenges due to the pandemic, but you have risen to the occasion with creativity, resilience, and grace. You have adapted to new technologies and teaching methods, supported your students' emotional well-being, and continued to provide high-quality instruction despite the obstacles. As we progress through the implementation of LEARNS, we will do so with stability and collective strength.

Your dedication has not gone unnoticed. Your tireless efforts continue to have a profound impact on our students and their families. You have inspired your students to learn, challenged them to grow, and helped them to realize their full potential.

As your superintendent, I am proud of the work that you do every day, and I am grateful for the difference that you make in our students' lives. Please know that your hard work is appreciated, and that your contributions to our school community are valued.

Our School Board continues to invest in our salary schedule, student/staff safety, and our professional growth. There is no doubt that we have the best school board just like we have the best staff!

It is important to finish the year with energy and enthusiasm for our students. That can be a challenge but I have faith in our Springdale Family!

Thank you for all that you do! I am honored to serve along side of you! Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!

Sincerely,

Jared A. Cleveland, Ed.D.
